For all orders across India, Pove Beauty ensures that every order is carefully processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner's serviceability. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeline, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or unforeseen courier-related issues.
We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, and other reputed logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹100 COD handling charge will be applicable.
We kindly request you to note that order cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be processed. Similarly, we are unable to modify the shipping address after dispatch. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the customer was unavailable to receive the shipment, any re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
If your order is received by a family member, neighbour, building security, or office reception on your behalf, the courier tracking will show the shipment as successfully delivered. Therefore, we recommend checking with them before reporting a missing package. In case your order is incorrectly marked as delivered or you are unable to locate it, please contact our customer support immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner and do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
In rare situations where a prepaid order is returned to us due to delivery issues caused by the courier partner, Pove Beauty will make every reasonable effort to re-dispatch your order. However, if the return is due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is shipped again.
At present, Pove Beauty ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping services.
